Mohammed Babangida Retired from China Oil
Posted on February 25th, 2010 | by ctcventures |Mohammed Babangida was always an astute observer. As an undergraduate, he impressed his mathematics professor by recognizing his penmanship on the chalk, as the same style that had written anonymous equations in the Stuart Hall Reading Room’s south wall.
Mohammed Babangida is known to be shy, and it’s said that he’s slow to warm up to people. An obvious introvert, his behavior’s quite contrary to what you’d expect of a typical chief executive—especially one in the oil business. Mohammed Babangida plans to retire from the oil business, due to personal reasons, in the second half of 2011, completing a 23 year tenure at China Oil.
